No. Varus Drums does not currently have an official dealer, distributor or physical showroom in the United States.

US customers order directly from Varus Drums and receive support from our team throughout the configuration, production, payment and shipping process.

Yes. We sell and ship Varus drum kits directly to customers in the United States.

Before confirming the order, we review the configuration, shipping address, estimated production time and shipping cost with you.

Yes. Varus Drums manages international orders directly from Spain and works with selected international carriers.

You will receive written confirmation of the drum specifications, payment schedule, estimated production time and shipping conditions before the custom build begins.

Yes. We regularly arrange air shipping to the United States.

Shipping availability and cost are confirmed according to the drum configuration, package dimensions and destination ZIP code.

Once the kit has been completed, fully paid and dispatched, estimated air shipping time to the United States is normally around 7–12 days.

Customs clearance, holidays and carrier delays may affect the final delivery date.

Shipping is calculated individually.

The cost depends on:

  • Number and dimensions of the packages.
  • Special packaging requirements.
  • Destination ZIP code.
  • Carrier service selected.

Yes. Varus can build personalized drum sizes and configurations, subject to technical feasibility.

Not necessarily. Custom orders can normally be divided into four or more scheduled payments during the manufacturing period, according to the agreed order.

The full balance must be paid before the drum kit is shipped.

Standard seQura consumer financing is not currently offered for US orders.

However, custom builds can normally be paid through scheduled installments during production. The complete order must be paid before dispatch.

Available payment methods may include card, PayPal and bank transfer, depending on the order.

For bank transfers, production or order processing may begin once the agreed payment has been received.

Only the drums and components specifically listed on the product page or personalized quote are included.

You will receive a detailed configuration before confirming the order.

No. External tom stands, tripods and floor stands are not included unless specifically listed in the product description or quote.

We can recommend compatible stand models for your configuration.

No, unless explicitly stated.

Cymbals, pedals, drum thrones and additional external hardware should not be considered included unless they appear in the product description or quote.

Custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns because they have been manufactured to the customer’s specifications.
This includes custom sizes, finishes, engravings and made-to-spec configurations.

This does not affect any rights relating to a defective product or an error attributable to Varus Drums.

Inspect the packaging at delivery.

If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery document or refuse delivery if the damage is severe. Contact us immediately and send:

  • Order number.
  • Photos of the outer packaging.
  • Photos of the inner packaging.
  • Photos of the product and damage.

Yes. A tracking number will be sent when the selected shipping service provides one.

Products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty.

To review a warranty claim, we may request the order number, photographs, videos and other evidence of the issue.
